3. Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 15 business days of receiving payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free pick-up options are available at our atelier in Ghent, Belgium.

4. Product Warranties:

We strive to provide high-quality handmade products. However, we do not offer explicit warranties on our products beyond those required by law.
If you believe a product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to discuss potential remedies.

5. Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns for damaged items only. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide proof of damage for a refund or replacement.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
