Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LAMITA.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a return:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only possible for items that are damaged upon delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the damage and provide confirmation and proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund process.
